SIMPLE STRAWBERRY BUBBLES 

       400 grams of delicious Wee Red Barn strawberries                            

       A sprig of fresh mint

       A bottle of your favourite sparkling wine

Separate the 6 best strawberries and keep them for decoration. Squash the remaining strawberries and the mint through a sieve with the back of a large spoon - you only want the juice of the berries and the flavour of the mint.

Divide the mix into 6 glass flutes and top with the sparkling wine. Pop a whole strawberry into each glass - enjoy!
