1.0   If you order wine from the Wee Red barn website you are representing to the Wee Red Barn that you are legally entitled to do so. This means that you are over 18 years of age at the time of ordering and also that the recipient of the wine is also at least 18 years of age.

2.0   The Wee Red Barn website does feature reciprocal links to other websites, the Wee Red Barn does not accept any responsibility for the content of these other websites.

3.0   If you shop online and require delivery this is done by a third party courier company and once your order is in their possession it is covered by their insurance. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure you order arrives in good condition if there is any breakage, please advise the Wee Red Barn within 3 working days as well as taking the matter up with the courier company.

4.0   The Wee Red barn does not offer refunds or replacement for products that are simply not to your taste.

5.0   If you wish to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours of making it otherwise you may still be liable for the cost of your order. There is no cancellation fee if your order is cancelled within the 24 hour time period specified.

6.0   All prices are exclusive of postage and packaging.
