RIESLING (2009)

Our Riesling is handpicked. It has an enticing floral bouquet, the palate is well balanced with stonefruit and tangy citrus characters. The wines crispness is well set off by its fine residual sweetness

This wine is drinking well now but it will cellar for 4 - 5 years.

WEE RED (PINOT NOIR) (2008)

12% Alc/vol

All our wines are handpicked. Our Pinot Noir has a slightly earthy bouquet with blackberries and a sweet cherry flavour. This Pinot Noir is a nice light Pinot Noir with a dry finish.

This wine will only get better over the years.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON (2008)

Cabernet Sauvignon is a lovely full bodied wine, with aromatics of blackberries and spice. This wine Alan and Dot both take a pleasure in drinking.

While drinking very well now, will age for around 7 years

STRAWBERRY (2010)

11% Alc/vol

We retained the freshness of the strawberryin this wine combined with a moderate alcohol level. The natural acids in the strawberries give it a firm structure. Delicious summer drink that will keep for a year.

BLUEBERRY (2009)

11% Alc/vol

A vibrant scarlet colour with a palate of iced tea, red quava grippy and blueberries. It's medium sweetness tempers grippy antioxidents renowned for their health properties. Balanced and refreshing drink with a clean finish. Will age to 4 years
